LOS ANGELES, March 8,
2012 -- Los Angeles Women's
International Film Festival is produced annually by Alliance of Women
Filmmakers. The festival co-sponsored by the City of
West Hollywood will showcase films of all genres made by women from
around the world. Highlights of the 2012 festival include a filmmaker symposium
with distribution and finance workshops presented by Warner Bros. Business
Resource Groups WOW (Women of Warner) and BE (Black Employees of Warner Bros.)
and entertainment attorneys Akua Boyenne and Anne
Moebes.

Alliance of Women Filmmakers Inc. is a non-profit 501c(3) organization established to increase opportunities for women filmmakers to share their stories with the world. They produce The Los Angeles Women's International Film festival which has showcased hundreds of films made by women of diverse backgrounds from all over the world. Alliance of Women Filmmakers has also established a network of women filmmakers world wide who share the same passion in creating powerful screen images of women.
